Welcome to Golden Gate Par Chasers' (GGPC) Web Site and Information Center
The GGPC is a member of the Northern California Golf Association (NCGA). The GGPC
was founded in 1971. Our home course is the Lake Chabot Golf Course in Oakland, CA.
As you will see on the Calendar page we hold several tournaments each year that are
played at many of the better courses around the Bay Area. In addition, following our
membership meetings, the club holds a non-tournament round at our home course.
The GGPC Golf Club is an interesting combination of personalities, professions and golf
skills. The goal of our club is to provide a friendly but competitive environment to
members at all playing levels. Which is to say that every golfer, regardless how long you
may have played the game, is welcome in our club.
